Dr. Jordana Levine, Chiropractor


JordanaDr. Levine is a Toronto chiropractor who serves Toronto and the surrounding communities in ON. Dr. Levine uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient’s lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning.  Dr. Levine takes a “whole person” approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Levine will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

 

Stacey Arbour, Registered Massage Therapist 


Stacey Arbour became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) after completing her studies at Kikkawa College in Toronto. She also holds a Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Science, which she obtained from York University. As a health care practitioner, Stacey feels it’s imperative to stay current in order to provide her clients with the most up-to-date, personalized care, and she continues to regularly participate in workshops and courses that further broaden her knowledge base to ensure this. As a health and fitness advocate, Stacey adopts a holistic approach to health and wellness, and encourages her clients to do the same. With years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Stacey possesses an enriched, diverse understanding of the body and body processes. She utilizes this knowledge to tailor her treatments to meet the needs of the individual, and create home care programs to further enhance their recovery. Stacey has experience treating an array of conditions at various stages of healing, spanning from soft tissue injury and chronic pain, to neurological conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy. She specializes in therapeutic massage with a focus on Soft Tissue Release (STR) and myofascial manipulation, and is competent in all styles of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sport injury treatment, and pre and post natal massage.

 

Alexander Berger, Registered Massage Therapist 


Alexander is a registered massage therapist and a graduate from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Prior to coming to Canada, Alexander gained 5 years of experience treating professional athletes at the prestigious Wingate Institute in Israel.Alexander believes through regular massage therapy treatments, patients receive a variety of benefits which include better posture, decrease in stress level, and improvements in the activities of daily living.Alexander is a competitive kayaker.  His experience as a professional athlete and massage therapist to other professional athletes has given him in depth knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and the importance of postural alignment.  Alexander helps his patients by understanding, diagnosing and treating the causes of their body imbalance.  Alexander believes that by educating his patients, they will become empowered to help themselves in the long term. Alexander treats every patient with care and understanding and offers them insights into how therapeutic and recuperative massage can help alleviate their symptoms.  In addition to his hands on treatment, he instructs his patients on particular exercises at home thereby complimenting his work and accelerating their recovery.Alexander has experience treating a seniors, athletes, pediatrics, pregnant women and the general public.
